Most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of ordering pending availability + processing payment. No shipments will be made Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Second Day Air and Next Day Air orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the next business day. Some orders will take 24-48 hours to process.
In the event that the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification, we will contact you with a follow-up email.
dbrie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when delivery is confirmed by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. No refunds will be made on packages that are not accepted by recipient.
International customers are responsible for the payment of applicable duties or taxes. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Customers who refuse their order will not be refunded the original shipping fee. In addition, the customer will be responsible for all customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to dbrie. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We highly recommend you contact your country's customs office for an estimate of fees before placing your order.
